A corporate training session for the Giantera Alliance employees was held on April 19–23 in Saint Petersburg. The event was focused on raising the professional qualification level and upgrading personal skills and knowledge base of employees from representative offices located in Russia (Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Krasnodar, Sochi, Rostov, Volgograd, Novosibirsk, etc.), Lithuania and Belarus.

The training session included presentations of Bioclin (the Netherlands) and Sebapharma (Germany) products which are to be promoted this year onto the Russian market by the Giantera Alliance. The schedules for major marketing and efficient sales events aimed at developing a new activity field, the cosmeceutics, was also announced.

For presenting the Bioclin (the Netherlands) products the Giantera Alliance invited an official representative of the manufacturing plant.

Besides, the products by Nepentes (Poland), Forest Tosara (Ireland), Goemar (France) developed and promoted by the Giantera Alliance for several years were also presented.

Lectures on theory and practice of sales and rhetoric held by Russia’s top business coaches well-known abroad were also included as an extra option. The Giantera Alliance is focused on gaining success and professional upgrading of its employees which explains why corporate training sessions are a mandatory and recurring process being an integral part of efficient corporate operation.
